01 / Every eligible trade is an entry.

Successful $HASH buys and sells on the official Pump bonding curve and its canonical PumpSwap pool qualify wherever you trade. A transaction must execute at least 0.01 SOL of qualifying value, excluding fees. Each signature receives one entry, with equal odds. Failed transactions and unrelated pools do not count.

Transactions are ordered by finalized Solana slot and position in the block. If one signature contains several traders, the first qualifying trader in execution order receives the entry. Registered reinvestment purchases are attributed to their verified beneficiary.

This is trade-powered mining. Hash does not run computational proof-of-work or imply that trading secures the Solana network.

02 / Finding the next block gets harder.

Genesis needs 100 transactions. Each new block needs 50% more, rounded up, until difficulty reaches 10,000 at block 13.

100 -> 150 -> 225 -> 338 -> 507 -> 761 -> 1,142
-> 1,713 -> 2,570 -> 3,855 -> 5,783 -> 8,675 -> 10,000

next_target = min(10,000, ceil(previous_target * 1.5))

There is no fixed block time. Quiet blocks wait for more trades. Overflow entries automatically begin the next block.

03 / The reward halves. The supply doesn’t grow.

Exactly 21,000 NFTs across 2,019 blocks. The one-NFT era extends to block 2,019 to finish the collection exactly. At the cap, new issuance ends; existing NFTs continue earning and reinvesting.

The full catalog is fixed before launch, with a published cryptographic root. Winners receive random, previously unminted IDs, selected without replacement. Remaining rarity odds change as NFTs are discovered. Avatar art uses deterministic dither-kit patterns.

05 / Activation burns and reward accounting.

Burn 1,000 $HASH once to activate an NFT and stake it. Activation stays with that NFT after transfer. Restaking an activated NFT does not require another burn.

80% of creator fees received by Hash go to active staking power; 20% go to operations. These are creator-fee proceeds, not the entire fee paid on Pump trades. Your share is your staked power divided by total active power.

Once your accrued balance covers a qualifying purchase plus trading fees, Hash automatically buys $HASH and sends the tokens to your wallet. A 1% slippage limit applies. Failed purchases keep their reserved balance for retry. These buys also qualify as mining entries.

Unstaking stops new earnings and returns your NFT and residual earned SOL. No rewards accrue retroactively. Fees collected while nobody is staked remain in the protocol reserve.

06 / A public draw, with an explicit trust model.

Before drawing, Hash publishes a Solana memo committing to the block’s ordered entry root, collection root, previous commitment, and a future drand randomness round. That signed beacon determines the winner and NFT allocations. The block page publishes the inputs and replay result.

The indexer decides which external trades are eligible. Public records let anyone audit its work. A reproducible draw does not independently prove that every eligible trade was included, or force the operator to deliver rewards.

[ API-driven custody ] Hash uses existing Solana token and NFT programs. It has no custom program enforcing its economy. Staked NFTs and unspent rewards are held by the operator, which can control those assets. Unstaking and automatic payouts depend on the service being available.

Rewards depend on actual trading activity and the number of active hashes. No fixed return or future value is promised.
